Which Countries do we ship to?
We ship to all Countries within the European Union, the U.S.A., Canada, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Dominican Republic, Andorra, Monaco, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Israel
How can I buy Shivax®?
You can both place your order on our online shop at https://shivax.ie/us/shop or by calling us at one of the numbers you find on the page “Contact Us“. Our headquarters are located in Cork, Ireland +353 (0)21 202 8071 Office open from Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm. Get ready to put the 16 digits of your credit or debit card and to give the expiration date (for example 01/2030 for January 2030) with the CVC code that is the 3 numbers on the back of your card usually. Right after you place your order you will get a confirmation email with the details of what you purchased, the Instructions on how you must use your products and your tracking number and the link where to follow the path of your parcel
How can I pay my order?
We ONLY accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover).
Our online shop owns an SSL certificate released by Siteground, our web hosting company, rendering all the transactions 100% safe (you can read details of our SSL certificate by clicking on the padlock icon next to the URL that is where it is written shivax.ie/us/frequently-asked-questions in the top left side of the screen
If you decide to place your order on the phone, the data of your card will be put directly into our virtual terminal that makes sure everything is encrypted.
Which countries do not pay VAT 22%?
All the prices of our Shivax® line are VAT-included (rate at 22%). All the countries in the Euopean Union pay VAT. All the countries outside the European Union do not pay VAT
How can I get Free Shipping?
You get Free Shipping on all orders over €134 in the European Union. Below €134 you pay €35,99 shipping
You get Free Shipping on all orders over €151 in Croatia. Below €151 you pay €19,99 shipping
Free Shipping in Italy on all orders over €134. Below you pay €11,99 shipping
You get Free Shipping on all orders over $192 outside the European Union. Below $192 you pay $49,99 shipping
You get Free Shipping on all orders over $151 in Canada and U.S.A.. Below $151 you pay $39,99 shipping
You get Free Shipping on all orders over €151 in Ile de la Réunion. Below €151 you pay €29,99 shipping
You get Free Shipping on all orders over £146 in the United Kingdom. Below £146 you pay £12,99 shipping

How long will it take to receive my products?
Delivery timeframes:
UK in 1/2 business days with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
Italy in 1/2 business days with express courier GLS
The rest of the European Union in 3/4 business days with express courier DHL
The non-European countries in about 3/4 business days with express courier DHL
How long should Shivax® treatment last?
Shivax® treatment created by the research of Dr Enzo DI MAIO MD must be followed until, in case of skin lesions, there are none anymore. Namely, there is a making of brand new skin. On average, for people that follow correctly the Instructions for the treatment it takes, in the 75% of all cases, about 2 months to get to complete healing. In the 15% of all cases, people get to have nothing anymore in 3 or 4 months. 10% of the people reach the final results in a month, a month and a half. Newborns and children experience faster results. All the results are lasting in time.
Can we ship Shivax® to South and Central America?
Unfortunately not at the moment. Currently, we are not able to ship to these countries due to customs duties. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible for our customers living in these zones. We will update this soon. In the meantime, if you live in a country that belongs to this list write as shipping address, an address of friends or family in one of the countries we currently ship to
Could I be eligible to be charged for customs duties?
Yes, outside the European Union you could be charged to pay customs duties. It depends on the authority who is at the customs at that moment. If there will be customs duties, you are responsible to pay them. So in countries like Switzerland, Canary and Balearic Islands, La Reunion, Canada, USA, Kuwait, UAE in substance non-European countries you could be asked to pay at the customs
